MyHour Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

MyHour: 10,000 Hours ("MyHour") respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what information may be involved when you use the app, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information You Provide

You may choose to provide information directly, such as when you contact support by email. If you do, we receive whatever you include in that message, including your email address, so we can respond.

Information You Create in the App

When you use MyHour, you create content such as goals, habits, sessions, progress, notes, and other activity records. This content belongs to you and exists so the app can show your hours and progress over time.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide the app's core features — recording your hours, displaying your progress, and keeping your entries available to you — and to understand and fix problems so MyHour can be improved.

It is not used for advertising profiles.

Data Storage and Security

Your MyHour content is stored so it is available to you on your device, and may be backed up or synced through services you have enabled on your Apple account. We take reasonable measures to protect information, though no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-Party Services

MyHour may rely on Apple platform services and similar service providers that can process technical information such as device or diagnostic data in order to deliver, back up, or troubleshoot the app. Any such processing is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

We Do Not Sell Personal Information

Personal information is never sold, rented, or traded.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your content is kept for as long as you keep it in the app. You can delete individual entries at any time, and deleting the app removes its data from your device. For any additional data or deletion request, email 2gordontracy@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

MyHour is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. When it changes, the "Last Updated" date above will be revised, and the current version will always be available at this page.
